Journal & Special Issue Collaboration
Proposals for themed or special issues within the scope of The Criterion or Galaxy IMRJ, subject to that journal's independent editorial review.
Editorial Collaboration
Scholars interested in peer review or editorial board participation may express interest; appointments rest solely with the relevant journal's editorial board.

RCELL International Conference
Partner with Our Conference
Each edition of the RCELL International Conference is organised by RCELL with a small group of Founding Academic Partners. Every partner institution signs the same standard Memorandum of Understanding and Annexure. No partner receives special terms, and every partner receives the same recognition.
The 2027 edition is organised in academic partnership with Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies (Autonomous), Kerala, India, and Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Punjab, India.
Before the MoU is signed, each partner confirms that the partnership has the approval of its competent authority, such as its Senate, Academic Council or Principal.
We now welcome expressions of interest from departments and institutions that would like to partner with RCELL for the 2028 edition.

Journal-Linked Conference Collaboration
The Criterion and Galaxy IMRJ each maintain their own conference collaboration pathway, for institutions, learned societies and conference organisers interested in a possible link between a conference and the journal's scope. Such collaboration is considered on its academic merits and is administered by the journal itself, independently of RCELL.

Journal-linked conference collaboration is subject to academic evaluation, editorial independence, and each journal's ethical requirements. Any papers arising from such a collaboration remain subject to peer review and editorial decision. Collaboration does not guarantee publication, and publication is never purchased through conference registration.

All collaboration with RCELL is academic in nature. Work arising from a collaboration, whether a co-organised conference session, a proposed special issue or a research partnership, remains subject to independent peer review and editorial decision by the relevant journal's own editorial board. RCELL does not offer guaranteed publication as part of any collaboration, sponsorship or partnership arrangement.
