RCELL publishes two independent, peer-reviewed journals. Each is edited by its own editorial board, and RCELL's role as publisher is institutional and administrative rather than editorial.

Independence of editorial judgement. The Criterion and Galaxy IMRJ are edited independently by their own editorial boards. RCELL's role as publisher does not extend to directing or overriding editorial decisions, which are based solely on academic merit, originality, relevance and adherence to each journal's ethical standards. Submitting Your Work

Manuscripts are submitted directly to the journal whose scope best fits the work. Please consult the submission guidelines published on each journal's own website before submitting.
