About This Website
This website is the institutional website of the Research Centre for English Language and Literature (RCELL). It provides information about RCELL, its research orientation, its publishing programme, its conferences, and how to collaborate with or contact RCELL. It is not itself a peer-review, submission or publication platform: those functions are carried out on the independently operated websites of The Criterion and Galaxy IMRJ.
Acceptable Use
You may browse this website and use the information it provides for personal, academic or institutional reference. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
Intellectual Property
The RCELL name, logo and visual identity are proprietary to RCELL and are protected as set out in RCELL's brand guidance. The approved RCELL logo may not be redrawn, altered, recoloured or reused without permission. Institutional text and material on this website may be quoted with appropriate attribution to RCELL. Content published in The Criterion and Galaxy IMRJ is licensed separately under the terms stated on each journal's own website, generally under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence.

This website (rcell.co.in) does not currently collect payment of any kind, and no payment facility is operated through it. Where a specific RCELL conference, such as the RCELL International Conference 2027, offers paid registration, that registration and any related payment processing is handled entirely on the conference's own website, under that website's own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Service Delivery Policy. Please refer to the relevant conference website for its payment, registration and refund terms; they are not part of these terms.
